Here at Dragon Club all our bookings are made via our online booking system, iPAL. Once you have registered to our iPAL you will be guided through setting up and managing your account. We use iPAL for all bookings and payments for Dragon Club.

Breakfast & Afterschool Club bookings close at 4pm on the day before.

Registering with iPAL 

Registering with iPAL is easy. Register in 4 simple steps.
Step 1. Visit www.stgeorgesprimaryschool.ipalbookings.com 
Step 2. Complete the new parent registration form by clicking register.
Step 3. Once you have completed your registration you will then need to add your child or
children.
Step 4. After you have registered, you can use your username and password to sign in.

Bookings

You have the following options for making bookings: individual bookings or bulk bookings. Upon completing your booking, you will be presented with various payment options. If you have booked for the entire school year, you can choose to make partial payments through monthly instalments. Please note that equal payments will enable you to pay in monthly instalments, with the payment taken on the 28th of each month for the following month, eg; You will be billed on 28th of August for September bookings.

 iPAL will send you email reminders on the 25th; please mark no-reply@schoolipal.co.uk as safe to ensure you receive them.

 

Please be reminded of the following:

  • All bookings must be made through iPAL to maintain a register and assist with managing attendee numbers and staff provision.

 

  • Bookings for Breakfast & Afterschool Club can be made up until 4pm the day before. Bookings are subject to availability. If spaces are full on a date you're trying to book you can join the waiting list to be notified should a place become available.

 

  • Parents/Carers hold responsibility for managing their bookings. If bookings are not made and the provision is full, we cannot accept further children. This is to ensure our ratios are met and we run safely.It is the responsibility of parents/carers to keep their children's account information up to date, including any changes to medical or collection details. This can be done by clicking on the profile and selecting the children on the account.

 

  •  Please make sure to carefully review your confirmation email after booking. If you select the wrong date and your child does not appear on our register, we will not be able to collect them. If the school reception needs to call you and you want your child to come to the club, we may not have space available. You can review your bookings via your invoice or by accessing your calendar on iPAL.

 

  • There is a 1-day cancellation period. You cannot cancel and receive a refund for any bookings within 1 day of the session. If you need to cancel within this period, please log in, click on the calendar, select the session date, and add a note (e.g., "not attending tonight") if your child will not be attending. 

 

Dragon Club cannot be held responsible for any incorrect bookings.


Standard Bookings:
Bookings and payments should be made on iPAL under "Book". Using the tile
menu, please select either Breakfast, Afterschool or Holiday Club.

Childcare Vouchers/Alternative Payments 

We accept all childcare vouchers and Government Childcare Payment Schemes.

Our OFSTED number is: 104995 (you will need this for Universal Credit) Please note that universal credit cannot be submitted as a voucher as payment is required to have been made before you can claim. Our system will not generate a paid invoice until invoices have been paid for.

Add voucher payments to your wallet so that you can then use your wallet for ad-hoc bookings OR make a booking and select to pay by Childcare Voucher.

If you pay by Childcare Vouchers you should book your place as above, select payment option ‘Alternative Payment’, and submit your voucher details. Voucher payments are transferred directly to our bank account, around 3-5 days after you have requested the voucher. This can be done for Tax-Free Childcare. 

Government and Student Finance Schemes should be made the same as above.
