Year 3 author visit - Sarah Wynne

Today, we have had an exciting visit from the author Sarah Wynne. She delivered an assembly to all of the children yesterday and came into each year three class today to work with us. She was incredibly inspiring and engaging in her sessions, with the children demonstrating lots of creativity and excitement. Sarah talked the children through the process of creating a story and allowed them the time to plan their own story, which they loved. It would be fantastic if the children could write these stories at home and they can bring their thoughts and ideas to life. The children are welcome to bring them into school to share with their class and we can even send them on to Sarah who said she would love to read them. Thank you for purchasing Sarah's books, she was very pleased with our support. Also, a big thank you to Sarah for coming in to work with us, the children thoroughly enjoyed their session.
