Maths = Finding Area in Square metres

In maths this week 5C have been using estimation and rounding to find the area of different parts of our school environment. They used their understanding of rectilinear and compound shapes to find the area of different surfaces measuring in square metres.

We then came back in and created rugs to fit in our classroom that had to fit around different objects in the room.
