6B’s completed DT projects

6B have been working hard all term to create products that respond to changes in the environment.

Using Microbits and coding skills (developed in their computing lessons), pupils have been able to successfully manufacture a product that will personally help them.

Some have created chocolate box protectors so that, when someone tries to open their chocolates, an alarm is sounded and a message appears on a screen.

Others have created light-up clothing that respond to levels of light so that they can see when walking in the dark. We are very proud of the work that pupils have put into their projects and many are even thinking of asking Santa for their very own Microbit!
